Important: OddsEdge is an information service only. We do not accept bets, process payments, or act as a bookmaker.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • You are responsible for verifying odds with bookmakers before placing bets
  • You must comply with all gambling laws in your jurisdiction
  • You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and activities
  • You must gamble responsibly and within your means

4. No Guarantee of Profit

While arbitrage betting aims to guarantee profit mathematically, OddsEdge makes no guarantees that:

  • Displayed odds will still be available when you attempt to place bets
  • Bookmakers will accept your stakes at the displayed odds
  • You will profit from using our service
  • All information displayed is accurate or error-free

5. Subscription and Payment

  • Monthly subscription: £35/month
  • 3-day free trial available for new users
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial months
  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings

6. Limitation of Liability

OddsEdge and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any losses incurred from betting activities
  • Odds inaccuracies or delays in updates
  • Bookmaker account restrictions or closures
  • Service downtime or technical issues
  • Actions taken by third-party bookmakers

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Abuse the service or support systems

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
